The former Mizzou Tiger has made a huge impact on the San Francisco 49ers defense this year tallying 14 sacks, 37 tackles, and 2 forced fumbles. Smith set the 49ers rookie sack record and was only .5 sacks away from tying Jevon Kearse for the all time rookie record.
Congrats to Aldon and good luck to San Francisco as they continue their quest for a Super Bowl Championship!
While it was certainly not the prettiest football game for former Mizzou Quarterback Blaine Gabbert, it was one that he will still remember forever. While he only completed 9 of 20 passes for 93 yards, Yo Gabba Gabbert’s team was still able to beat a tough Baltimore Ravens team and get his Jacksonville Jaguars their 2nd victory of the year.
Congrats Sunshine!
